Stretch Therapy for Performance.  

 

This 4 week workshop will help you unlock your hamstrings, hips, back and shoulder with PNF stretching to improve range of motion & athletic performance in and outside the gym.  

 

Classes  6pm- 7pm, Wednesday Oct. 21 ,Oct. 28, Nov. 4, & Nov 11.

 

Lengthen and strengthen your muscles.

 Learn the contract and relax technique of PNF Stretching plus other assisted techniques to release fascia, tight muscles and unlock your joints to transform the way you move.

We will be focusing on hip openers such as the pike, big diamond, pancake and splits.

 

Space is very limited in a private studio located at 261 Union Street.
